This looks awesome… in a slightly bizarre kind of way. 5 hours of knitting on primetime Norwegian TV. NRK is hoping to beat the world record for ‘Sheep to Sweater’ live on air.
The TV station’s report on the programme can be found here (in Norwegian), it will air on November 1st. The team of 8 will have to shear the selected sheep, prep and spin the wool and knit the jumper in under 4 hour 51 minutes in order to beat the world record (currently held by Australia).
The BBC article on the programme (in English) can be found here.
